I have asked the following questions to Hoplite Research and got the following answers to them
(so the answers ar official). Their support is really great.
Every time I have asked them a question I have got the answer in 24 hours.
I have never experianced that support anywere else.
So if you have any questions I would encourage you to write them a short mail.
(the address of Hoplite is in the links section)
They also have quite some other Q&A on their site (see Hoplite Errata. So check that also.

In close combat between multi battalion formations any damage is applied to
all units alike. Is this also true for ranged fire or does every unit target
exactly one other unit and applies any damage only to this unit even if this
one is part of a multi battalion unit?
No. Only the unit taking the damage from fire.
-
What influence has the difference
between the Napoleonic and the European organisation on the tactical game?
(are there any minimums/maximums on the number of units in a division or a
restriction on units in a division (mixing types))?
There are no restrictions like this except for the Turks. Look at their
army lists for specifics. Also, 30 units is the limit for Corps and 40 is
the limit for Armies(unless you are the turks because they can have up to
60.

The table: "Tactical Movement factors" states:
"Infantry units in Line move 5 inches or applicable to a division of
regiment or (I think it means 'of') two or more"
Is this also true if the multi battalion unit (regiment or division) is in
march column? Can they move 5 or 15 inch?
(That would make the use of the march column quite ridiciulous because you
need a lot of action points.)
Yes. as long as they are touching base to base either side by side or
one after the other. They can all move with the same action points.

At several occasions in the rules there is mentioned a "road bonus" to
movement. But I have no where found what this bonus is exacly (how many
inch/percent).
On the question of the Road Bonus, it is an omission and that should have
been added. An additional 3 inches for foot and 6 inches for cav and 4
inches for Foot Artillery and 6 inches for Horse Artillery
None up to now. Strange, but nonetheless true. The only thing is the custom basing we use.
Corps Command doesn't request a certain basing.
It proposes several but we choose one of our own, becaus we didn't want to rebase our figures.
So we currently use the following "system":
- Cavalry: Regiment: 2 Bases with 3 figures in line
- Artillery: Battery: one base with one gun and some crew (number doesn't matter)
- Infantry:
- French: Battalion: three bases with 3 figures in line
- Prussian: Battalion: two bases with 4 or 5 figures in line
- Spain: Battalion: two bases with 4 figures in line
